Audio cassette instructions Upload your art and audio here: https://uploads.duplication.ca or by ftp: uploads.duplication.ca Use the credentials emailed to you after placing the quote/order. You will receive a separate login for each project you submit. The login credentials will be valid for 60 days. If you plan on placing many orders we can make a dedicated private account for you. You can also use the shared folder with this login info: user: client password: h0wdy When using the shared location create a folder with your order number and name, and place your art and audio into that folder. If you need to resubmit files be sure to notify us that you are uploading new material. Your sales rep can also create a private ftp account for you. MASTERS Ideally supply one audio file per side in WAV or AIFF format. All files must be at the same sampling rate. You can supply 24 bit hi-def files. Do not supply 32 bit files. We can copy hi-def files directly to cassette in real-time. If you supply individual tracks identify the sequence by adding A01 etc to each song as follows: A01 A02 A03 B01 B02 B03 etc... And please let us know if there should be NO SPACE or to ADD SPACE between the songs. Transport Costs Click on this link for a transport estimate https://www.duplication.ca/cassette-transport-costs.html Artwork preparation All artwork for cut paper MUST include a bleed area of 2-3 mm and you should respect a safety margin of 2-3 mm. If using Photoshop, import the PDF or TIF template, and make a new layer to place your artwork. Make sure the resolution is 300 DPI or pixels per inch. You can send us the PSD files. To avoid any potential delay at the border put Made in Canada on the artwork. TAXES FOR USA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS There is NO TAX when shipping to the USA and Australia (under $1000). Customers in other countries will have to pay the VAT and other fees to the courier. Some postal services may have slower delivery times but lower customs fees. TAXES FOR CANADIAN ORDERS We have to charge GST/HST/QST tax based on the shipping address. PAYMENT Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. You can pay online in our order portal. We also accept payments by PayPal. You can email to paypal@duplication.ca or we can prepare a PayPal invoice which you can pay with any credit card. Canadian clients can also send payment by interac e-transfer to interac@duplication.ca. You can also deposit directly to our TD bank account (we will give you the account number). We accept international money orders and Canadian bank drafts. We can accept cheques drawn on Canadian bank accounts but your order may be held for 5-10 days for funds to clear. We can accept bank wires for transactions over CAD$1000. For transfers under $1000 please add $25 to cover bank fees.
